Drop In Classes

Product Description

These classes are an opportunity for anyone and everyone who is interested in practicing the Awaken Series yoga formula with casual drop in classes. Whether you are brand new to The Awaken School or one of our advanced students, these classes will offer you an immersive experience of the Awaken formula.
You will receive a short, potent teaching on an aspect of Yogic/Tantric philosophy. We then move into a practice incorporating yoga asanas and ancient breathing techniques, specifically designed to awaken new levels of awareness and expand consciousness.
This practice is suitable for all levels of fitness and yoga experience.
