Bring a pen and a note book. You can bring you own yoga mat if you like, but we provide yoga mats, blankets and props.

What to expect?

We get a lot of people asking what we do for 3 hours in our yoga class… Each week is slightly different, but you can expect the following schedule weekly:

  • Arrival – we kick off at 6:30pm sharp! (please be at least 5 mins early to arrive and settle on your mat)
  • Homework – discussion
  • Logistics
  • Lecture
  • Practice
    • Warm up
    • Asana
    • Mudra
    • Bandha
    • Pranayama
    • Meditation
    • Relaxation
  • Refreshments are provided after class to chat with your fellow yogis

Our students are invited to join our private online facebook community. We have over 300 students currently sharing their experience of The Awaken Series. Here we have peer support, as well as teacher engagement with students as questions, revelations and challenges arise.
