Dear Awakening Ones!

It was such a pleasure to be part of your class last night – I was amazed at the level of focus, understanding and commitment in your practice. Thank you for having me as your teacher!

It was also a pleasure to teach you a fundamental concept that can be applied to all aspects of your life – The Five Koshas or Bodies.

We strongly recommend this week that you take on a commitment to do Uddiyana Bandhas as part of your daily practice – starting the day with at least 5 of them will give you an amazing boost of energy, mental clarity AND kickstart your digestion.

We also want you to choose an area of your life that you would like to address and approach it by the yogic chakras.
