Hello Awakening Ones,

Thank you for a beautiful class last night. You really are blowing us away with your practice. It feels like we are just going deeper and deeper – and it’s only week three!

And of course – what we get out of the practice is what we put in. Which brings me to your homework for this week!


Practice a minimum of 3 rounds of Bhastrika + Maha Yoga Pranayama. Focus on the heart during the retention and breathe out slowly through the mouth. Just like we did in class. 7 minutes of this per day will bring great results.
Read the chapter on ‘What is Tantra?’ in your manuals.
4-6 sun salutations – taking extra care to be aware of transitioning between each pose with awareness and reverence.
